WHEN OCEAN SPEAK TO YOU OR WHAT YOU LOVE IS LOVING YOU

When you love someone or something there is no doubt in my mind and heart that the universal energy of love in one form of another come back to you from the subject that you interact with.

And I don’t talk here about falling in love with someone who doesn’t have the same feelings for you. No. I am talking about love from the Divine Cosmic Mind that is substance ( like consciousness/spirit ) in all living things. And things that we consider “not alive” like rocks for example.

From my early childhood I felt deep connection and love with the element of water. I was born on the cost in Slovenian part of Istria and the beauty of Mediterranean Sea had huge impact on my soul. From now on I was hooked to the Sea and the Ocean and I try to spend most of my time possible near and in the water. Especially Ocean.

To me there is something therapeutic about the Ocean. Even just to be close near the Ocean is enough that my soul, heart and spirit rejoice. The amazing Ocean colours, sound of the waves kissing the shore, smelling the salt in the air, feeling the Ocean breeze on my skin…And on top of all that, interacting with fantastic world under the Ocean when snorkelling or scuba diving.

Did you ever try to make eye contact with the fish when snorkelling? I did. Many times. And I discovered that is much different then just observe the colourful underwater life when you connect with wild life this way. I try this with all different kind of fishes, turtles, sharks, dolphins, octopus… If you never try it before I would like to invite you to do so and discover for yourself. It is a heart and mind blowing experience.

When I go snorkelling or scuba diving I usually leave the Ocean to revels himself to me. I don’t chase fish or any other underwater creatures. The Ocean taught me long ago to trust him and every single time I was amazed what the Ocean prepared for me. Here in Cape Range Ningaloo Reef I spend many, many hours in the water, I know every stone, coral or fish in certain location and yet, the Ocean always shows me something new, something unpredictable.

For example sometimes the large group of fish allow you to join in the heard. They surround you like you are one of their own. It is beautiful experience swimming with them. You feel like you are one giant entity gently moving in space.

Or sometimes I make eye contact with the turtle and observe her behaviour. If I feel that I am in sync with her I sometimes like to pet them on the armour and sometimes they allow me to pet them on the head and even came for more.

Just yesterday I find a beautiful octopus ,make eye contact and after awhile pet the octopus on the head. She seems to loved it so I did it again. It is unforgettable feeling that is difficult to described or put in words. It just shows you that you are a part of something bigger, some intelligent life force that unite us all. That on one level we are all made and designed by one infinite creative, intelligent, loving force. You can call it God, Universe, Logos, it really doesn’t matter.

What really matter to me is that we are aware of this invisible force, of our surroundings and when make contact we don’t try to force our own will or disturb the natural flow of things.

That’s what the Ocean taught me.

You show respect, humbleness and love and you will be always reworded.

And I am very, very grateful for that.

With Love,

Manu
