WHAT IS INCLUDED IN PRICE:

All accommodations:
We did our best to provide best possible accommodation for our travellers, so we can all relax and enjoy our trip.
Mostly we booked boutique style private estates and hotels.
In towns of Split and Mostar we will stay right in the heart of beautiful old city centres, so you will be able to enjoy old architecture and charm in your own pace.
Please, be aware, in many places, we are staying in wild, pristine, remote areas, so sometimes full commodity as we get it in the city may not be available.
Single rooms available upon request and extra charge; very limited number of them.
Transports :
Tour bus, taxi transfer from Belgrade airport to  hotel, 2 taxi drives to the top of the Bosnian pyramid of the Sun, Boat trip to Croatian Islands, Van transport to River Tara Gorge, Guided trip to town Visoko and Sarajevo, bus to Sarajevo and Belgrade airport.
Meals included in tour price:

11 x dinner

Entrance fees:
All fees, including unlimited entrance to Bosnian pyramids prehistoric tunnels, entrance fee to the Blue cave on the boat trip, Vinca culture museum entrance fee, Kravice waterfalls entrance fee, Sufi monastery Blagaj Tekija entrance fee.
All guided programmes and workshops on the tour.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE:

Your flight ticket
Personal travel insurance
Some of the meals on the trip
Laundry services
Possible guided tours in Dubrovnik and Mostar (if group will desired)
SPA and hot springs entry fee at Sokobanja
Tips in coffee shops, bars restaurants. Local custom is to leave 10% of total bill amount to staff that served you.

Tip to our amazing tour bus driver at the end of the tour will be grately appreciated.
Rafting or other special private program arrangements at Tara River Gorge.

BOOKING YOUR FLIGHTS:

You need to be in Belgrade airport  on 30th of May 2025.

You can fly out from Sarajevo airport on 23th of June 2025. Book afternoon or evening flight back home, so you will arrive on airport on time. We will provide bus transfer from Visoko to the Sarajevo airport.

If you would like to save some money on flight tickets, you can return from Belgrade airport.
We will provide bus transport from Visoko to Belgrade airport. In this case book late evening, night or next day departure flight, as we will arrive to Belgrade airport around 4 PM on 23th of June 2025.

VISAS:

We will travel to 4 different countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Hercegovina.
EU, Australian and USA citizens do not need tourist visa for up to 90 days of stay.

TOUR LENGTH:

We created 23 days tour this year in order to give our travellers a opportunity to truly relax and enjoy tour and places we visit. One of the reasons for longer tour is that we wanted to create slower pace-retreat like feeling, which will support healing and deeper experiences and integration.

REFOUNDS:

Your paid portion of the trip is refundable minus the 3.000 AUD deposit. If you have unforeseen circumstances, please contact us.

Any funds paid, including deposits, can be rolled into next trip that we will organise.

Cancellation within a month of the trip; you are eligible for a refund of your money paid less than 4.000 AUD for costs incurred by us.

We will endeavour to sort out any cancellation/refund issues, so please contact us if your circumstances change.
